In addition, I would like to thank the staff and children of the school for a wonderful open day on January 23rd. Eamonn & I thoroughly enjoyed meeting the staff, current pupils & the children and parents hoping to commence in September. It was very encouraging to chat with the current pupils attending the school and see how happy they are there. The school had a truly welcoming feeling.
Sofia seemed to fit right in and was thoroughly taken with the science room and the experiment with the Coke bottle!
Finally, a big thank you to "Nevin" from 3rd class who gave us a wonderful tour of the school inside and out. He was most friendly, eager and full of praise for his school and teachers.
Again many thanks to all the staff and pupils for the efforts made on the open day.
